Regis Philbin just announced that he is retiring at the end of the summer. I was shocked when he said it but I am kind of glad. I mean I totally love Regis but lately he seems to be slipping. If you have been watching you know what I mean. He forgets names, mis-pronounces names and generally stumbles with his words. I think the show will continue from the way they were talking. Do you guys watch it? Who do you think they should get to replace Regis? Do you know Regis is in the Guinness Book of World Records as the person with the most hours on TV. He will be missed.

I used to watch him but then I fell in love with the nine o'clock hour of Today. That's usually when either Stacy London or Bobbi Thomas come on with fashion tips or they have cooking recipes with Giada or some other Food Network personality.
It's sad, but I give him props for knowing when to leave...he will be missed.
Maybe Barbara Walters will get the hint and follow him out the door.

I like Kelly with Mark. I also like Kelly with Anderson Cooper, but his life is already too busy.
