It's time for a little sex

It's here...FINALLY! Sex and the City 2 opens today. I have already ordered my tickets online. SO EXCITED!!!!!! I am meeting my sister and another friend at my house. I am making us some Cosmo's before heading out to the see the film. It's getting bad critic reviews but favorable fan response. Screw the critics! I'm ready...let's go get CARRIEd away. Just a few more hours of work...

Did you guys see pics from opening night in NYC? Check out Sarah Jessica Parker...

Gosh, she looked amazing in this dress. All the girls looked fabulous...

Are you girls into it? If so, when are you going? and do you have special plans for seeing it?

This fan (me!) gave the movie a great review. I suspect that most of these critics trashing the film were never fans of the TV series. I laughed from beginning to end during "Sex and the City 2" - I hope you enjoy it, too!

I only saw a handful of episodes on TV and never saw the first film, so, no, I won't be going.
It just isn't for me.

I've seen the TV series and I've now seen both movies. I won't come out and say it sucked but it definitely wasn't Darren Star's best work. I'll blog about it later.

Don't pass out from shock, but I've never seen a single episode of the show or the movie.

I just never got started watching it and never really felt like I was missing anything.

Just came back from watching the movie. LOVED IT! From the gay wedding to the end when they were running around in the spice market in "Abu Dhabi". Now, the couch where Mr Big was resting at the end...not comfortable at all...

I loved the show way more then the movie, but I did see the movie and enjoyed it. My one friend saw it already, and said he thought it was pretty good, but the characters are getting more predictiable and he didn't care for the whole trip thing. The first movie would have been perfect to wrap things up he said. I 'll have to see if he is right. Too many movies could ruin the franchise.
